Designed for installation on casing strings manufactured in accordance with GOST 632, this centralizer ensures trouble-free casing running operations and maintains proper standoff between the casing and the wellbore wall. This standoff ensures uniform cement sheath thickness and, during cementing, induces helical flow and turbulence in the annulus.

Helical flow significantly improves displacement efficiency - particularly in highly deviated or washed-out (cavernous) wellbore sections and when the casing is eccentrically positioned - ensuring thorough replacement of drilling fluid with cement slurry.

The centralizer is manufactured from aluminum and sized specifically to match the casing and wellbore diameters. It features a tubular body with a central bore for mounting directly onto the casing joint. Position locking is achieved using set screws or wedges, ensuring rigid and reliable attachment to the casing string during run-in.

Designed for installation on casing joints to ensure trouble-free casing running and accurate positioning within the wellbore, promoting a uniform cement rock thickness.

The stabilizer sizing is selected by the customer based on wellbore diameter, casing size, and well design requirements.

The stabilizer is manufactured from aluminum using precision casting, and is custom-fitted to match specific casing and hole dimensions.

It features a tubular body with a central bore for mounting directly onto the casing joint. Positional fixation is achieved using split retaining rings with screw fasteners, allowing the centralizer to rotate freely on the casing joint during run-in.
